Faefever by Karen Marie Moning

October 9, 2008

I love curling up with a good book. Even more so I love getting into a series where I know the universe, the characters, and get to see how everything evolves.

Karen Marie Moning has written several books, but her latest (and greatest in my opinion) is her Fever Series. Intending to be a five-book series, she is currently working on the fourth, Dreamfever. However, just last month Faefever came out as the third installment with an absolute cliffhanger ending. I trust Karen to have a Happily Ever After, but this urban fantasy, where a young Southern girl is thrown into a dark world where she is forced to find herself and possibly save the world, will leave you wanting the rest of the series now now now! So if you want to jump into an incredibly addicting, action-packed story you can pick up Darkfever, the first installment, at your nearest bookstore. If you prefer online, I love Barnes and Noble ($ 6.99). You will not be disappointed.
